Randy Neal

With over 20 years in automation and operational leadership, and more than a decade in creative branding and motion design, Randy founded Ranovo to solve a problem he saw repeatedly in real businesses across Lake County, Florida.

After leading complex automation systems for major manufacturers and building creative solutions for high-visibility brands, he recognized a gap: local businesses were being sold tools, not systems — and left to figure out the rest on their own.
